I offer a one to one business coaching package – face to face (if local - in a safe, confidential environment), online (Zoom or similar app), or over the telephone.

I work with clients in a wide range of areas as my coaching methods can be tailored to each individual. We will work together by helping to identify areas for change, unlock barriers to success and develop the skills needed for you to grow.

1 session @ £55.00 with no obligation to continue
4 sessions @ 65.00 each with FIRST SESSION FREE
6 sessions @ £55.00 each with FIRST TWO SESSIONS FREE

Remaining sessions to be paid for in full and to be taken within a 3-month period.

Payment by PayPal (including debit / credit card - no PayPal account required), or Bank Transfer.

I will be in contact shortly after your payment has been made to discuss dates and times for your coaching sessions (or you are welcome to contact me before purchasing the sessions to pre-arrange).

Terms and conditions

The client, fully understands that:

• The results of the coaching sessions are dependent upon me following the instructions and tasking that my coach gives to me during any coaching process, and on me completing whatever tasks my coach sets. These will be aimed at me achieving my goals and desired outcomes. The responsibility for getting the results I want from the coaching is solely mine.
• I agree to allow my coach to guide me through processes relevant to me achieving the goals I have set.
• The coach adheres to their code of conduct and ethics of the Association for Coaching . In particular, The coach commits to keep the content of the coaching sessions confidential, unless the law requires disclosure of the contents, or unless the coach believes that not doing so could endanger me or other people, or unless the coach receives my written permission to disclose some information.
• The results of the coaching sessions are dependent on me focusing on what I want rather than what I don’t want.
• I agree to tell my coach all relevant information that will assist me in achieving my goals and overcoming any issues / blocks to my success.
• I acknowledge that I am psychologically sound and know of no reason (medical, psychological or otherwise) why I should not undertake coaching, and I am not taking any prescribed medication that could adversely impact on the coaching. I agree that I will inform the coach if this changes during the coaching relationship.
• I will give my coach at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise I will pay for the session cancelled. I understand that my coach will give me 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. (Genuine medical emergencies excepted for either party).

On this basis I agree to commit to working with my Coach at an hourly rate of £65.00 (4 sessions including the first session free of charge) Or £55.00 (6 sessions including the first 2 sessions free of charge).
